How to Outline Text!
This tutorial is very simple, and will teach you how to outline your text in Paint Shop Pro.1. Open a new image, or a blank image. Whatever you want your text to be on.
2. Choose the font you want for the text, the color, size and all of that. Also make sure you select in the 'Create as' Floating.
3. Write what you want.
4. Don't un-select the text! Click on effects-Chisel.
5. Choose the size you want. I recommend 2-5, but do whatever you want. Choose if you want transparent or solid color, and pick a color. For the color, I recommend the opposite of the color of the text.
6. Click ok.
And that's it! I hope you enjoy your outlined text.
