I'll explain what each job has to do in webs. For that, I have surfed in webs...

Anyways, I'll explain to you what should very job in webs do. Let's start!
Owner-EVERYTHING! Get a layout for the web, submit guides/tutorials/graphics, get a staff, find new ideas, everything for the web. The more the owner does, the better!

Co owner-*pokes myself* Submit more guides/graphics/tutorials then the other staff, basically help the owner more. Sometimes the co owner has access to the web's admin, so he could fix typos, add affies, confirm news that the staff posted, put the content the staff submitted in the web, etc. That is why webs always say the or owner or co owner can apply for affies, you know?
Graphics designer-Submit graphics of any kind, put credit on them, pretty simple.
Guides/tutorials writer-Write guides, tutorials, and that's about it.
Affies/partners checker-someone that check the affies and partners to make sure they still have your button and aren't breaking any rules.
Artist-submit your creations! An artist's creations can be scribbles, drawings, comics, etc.
Neopets news poster-posts the Neopets news!
Jobs checker-checks that everyone is doing their job correctly, and tells the owner if someone isn't active or something.
